These pictures were made in National and State Park visitor centers, natural history museums, and hunting conventions mostly. For the photo nerds, these were made with a mix of Digital, 8x10, and 4x5 cameras. I've been returning to this project. I started pro I've been returning to this project. I started probably 15 years ago, but seems even more prescient these days. Also, I have access to an amazing digital printer, so I can finally do justice to my digital files. This project mixes different film formats and digital cameras, but I'd be very surprised if anyone could tell the difference. Happy 15th birthday Emmett! This apple really di Happy 15th birthday Emmett! This apple really did not go very far! Em from a few weeks ago and me at 15, 30 years ago. I feel like 15 was the age I really found who I was, had established lifelong friends I still have, discovered music I still love (I'd kill to have that Mike Kelley Sonic Youth Dirty shirt again!) and really embraced my passion for photography and art. I'm really excited for this next year for Emmett.
