Our Role
Where We Go – Florida
Where We Go is a body of work that addresses and contemplates the ways people experience the natural world. I am interested in authentic experiences and the ways we directly interact with our surroundings. Working in national, state or local parks, I am looking at the historic and contemporary ways people have traveled through and experienced the outdoors.
My parents have had a home in Florida for 25 years and it’s rare I go an entire year without visiting at least once. The jungle boardwalks have fascinated me for most of my life.
